At Cheribomb Retro, we want you to love your purchase! Please review our returns and refunds policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
Main Store Returns
- Return Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Refunds: Refunds for change of mind or incorrect sizes incur a 10% admin fee. Postage costs are non-refundable.
- Store Credit Option: Prefer a hassle-free return? Opt for 100% store credit (no admin fee!) issued as a gift card with a 3-year expiry.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: Contact us at info@cheribombretro.com if your item is damaged or incorrect. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
Clearance & Sale Items
- Final Sale: Clearance items and those purchased with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or store credit. Please choose carefully.
- Returned Clearance Items: Clearance items sent back to us will be returned to you, along with an invoice for postage.
